Belle Epoque....a Beautiful Era, as the French would say.
Belle Epoque is a realistic and literate RPG that begins in the year 1905. This is during the Progressive Era and the Edwardian Era. The events that occur will reflect the actual events of the time period with of course...a bit of fiction too.
There are six places a character can live. They can be American residences or British ones and they can move throughout these areas at will. Creating a house is encouraged for characters, especially the ones of Great Britain. These are the beautiful times for them when chatting or visiting with neighbors and a cup of tea are the norm.
While the British are striving for popularity and beautiful things, the Americans are advancing in technology and mechanics. The life in the U.S. is harsh, more like the lower-class of London. The success of these laborers will indeed help the United States rise to be one of the most powerful nations worldwide.
This is the world of literature, music, performing arts, fashion, and romance.
