On this site, the plot doesn't contain any of the main characters from the books/films..or not just yet anyway.
This just consists of characters that you have made up.
Bascially the hole that Lord Asriel riped in the worlds has made things bad for all the parallel worlds.
Holes in the worlds are appearing anywhere, and people are wandering into different worlds and getting lost or killed, wandering into the wrong places.
People are having trouble understanding this, and rumours are getting round all the worlds, and people are getting worried about what it happening.
There are those people who want to exploit the holes to other worlds for their own gain, and there's people that are trying to protect them, worried about things that might come through.
In Lyra's World, the Magisterium is building themselves up to power again, and using people's own fear against them, so then the public will trust them again if they think that they're doing something right.
People and kids are sneaking in holes that they've found and ended up in unknown places, and got into trouble, maybe killed, maybe just lost...
